Dan is the Man. Literally the best customer service I've had. I placed an order for a 5ft by 3ft banner on a Wednesday that I needed for a Sunday event. They accommodated my last minute request. However, I provided an incomplete address. Dan worked with me to resolve the issue and I was able to get the banner on Saturday evening the day before our event! He went above and beyond to help me and I am incredibly thankful to his company. **The sonic vs mario banner I ordered, was great quality, high resolution photo and durable.
