Introduction Welcome to This Art Release Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide rights to use, reproduce, and display the artworks and designs purchased or commissioned through our website. By making a purchase on our site, phone or direct payment links clients agree to these terms and waive any future claims related to the use of the artwork.

4. Customer-Provided Images When clients provide their own images to be used in custom designs, they are paying only for the time our designers spend creating these designs to their specifications.

5. Art Release Fee An art release fee starting at $350 is charged for providing master files for use outside of our business. This fee may increase depending on the specific requirements of the client and the complexity of the design. This allows clients to use the designs independently, however, there is no guarantee that these files will be compatible with other businesses’ systems or software.

6. Fees and Payments Art Release fees for commercial use will be determined based on the scope of the project and intended use of the Artwork. All fees must be agreed upon in writing and paid in full before the high-resolution, watermark-free Artwork is released.

7. Acceptance of Terms and Cancellation Policy By purchasing from our website, clients agree to these terms and conditions and waive any right to future claims. Clients who do not agree with these terms are invited to cancel their order before it goes to print. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing.

8. Restrictions and Limitations The client may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Artwork without explicit written permission from The Artwork may not be used in any way that is unlawful, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

9. Modifications and Cancellation Any modifications to the terms of this policy must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the terms are breached.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure legality in the use of these files and to indemnify and defend from any legal actions or claims that arise from the use of such materials.
